Yubo Song was working as master research assistant with Professor Justin A. Weibel and Prof. Tiwei Wei at CTRC and S-PACK to explore  Confined direct on-chip two-phase jet impingement cooling with topology-optimized surface and phase-separating wick structure. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University in 2023. During his undergraduate years, he focused on a range of skills including Thermal Management, Particle Image Velocimetry, Finite Element Analysis, Flow Simulation, and PCB Design and Assembly.
