Yubo Song completed his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University in 2023. During his undergraduate years, he focused on a range of skills including Thermal Management, Particle Image Velocimetry, Finite Element Analysis, Flow Simulation, and PCB Design and Assembly. As a SURF Research Fellow at the Semiconductor Packaging Lab, Yubo worked on applied and advanced efficient heat management strategies for high-density electronics using jet impingement cooling. His research interests include electronics cooling, computational modeling, and experiments on two-phase flow. He enjoys reading, writing, and video games outside of work.
