Ye Yang obtained his undergraduate degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Southern University of Science and Technology. Subsequently, he achieved a master’s degree in Materials Science at the University of Pennsylvania in 2024. Currently, he is working towards a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University in West Lafayette. His research interests lie in hybrid bonding interconnection and characterization. Beyond his academic pursuits, Ye enjoys fitness, long-distance running, and traveling. He is also an avid soccer fan.
