Keyu Wang received her bachelor’s degree in Physics from Nankai University. Afterward, she completed a master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering at Duke University in 2022. She is now pursuing her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University, West Lafayette. She is interested in advanced semiconductor packaging and thermal management technologies. Outside of the lab, Keyu enjoys climbing, hiking, and photographing.
