Dr. Ainur Sabirova

Post-doctoral Research Fellow (PhD @ KAUST, 2021)

Dr. Ainur Sabirova is a postdoctoral research scholar at Purdue University, School of Mechanical Engineering. She received her Ph.D. degree at the Advanced Membranes and Porous Materials Center at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Saudi Arabia. Before that, she completed her master’s degree at the University of Science and Technology of Lille, France. She did her PhD under the supervision of Professor Suzana P. Nunes at the Nanostructured Polymeric Membrane Laboratory and her PhD research was on the advanced nanotechnology methods to fabricate isoporous polymeric membranes for chemical, biological and environmental applications. Currently, her research work is focused on the design and fabrication of chips, membranes, and other porous materials for the enhanced electronics cooling system.
