Hello! I am Devang. I recently finished my B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington in May 2024. Starting from June 2024, I will be pursuing a PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University. I will be working on a project related to heat spreading in thermal interface materials, which will be co-advised by Dr Amy Marconnet, Dr Xiulin Ruan, and Dr Tiwei Wei. I am interested in studying the topics of heat and energy transfer. In my prior work experience, I have performed thermal characterization and analytical modelling of advanced materials and structures exposed to high-intensity radiation generated by Xenon gas discharge lamps.
