Jie Li earned her bachelor’s degree in 2021 and master’s degree in 2024 from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), where her research primarily focused on multi-physics phenomena in magnetron sputtering systems. Currently, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University, with her research centered on hybrid bonding and microbump bonding for 3D heterogeneous integration. In her leisure time, Jie enjoys running, photography, and playing badminton.
